Many FITJEE centers including Noida, Ghaziabad and Patna have been suddenly closed, due to which there has been a lot of trouble for the students studying in these coaching institutes. This has happened in such an important time when JEE Main examinations are going on and JEE Advance and NEET exams are to be held only after a few months. The parents who paid the fees of 3 to 4 lakh rupees are now in trouble because their children’s education is incomplete and there is no indication of withdrawal of fees.
Parents of thousands of students are now seeking answers and tension is increasing. Officials said that many teachers of the institute collectively quit the job due to lack of salary, after which the centers of the institute were given closed.
Amid increasing stress, an advertisement of an old job of FITJEE has come out again. The purpose of this advertisement of January 2023 was to appoint faculty and business development professionals for its IIT JEE Preparation Program by the institute. In the advertisement posted on LinkedIn, job opportunities were outlined for teachers and business development posts.

In the advertisement, candidates with high qualification were searched. It consisted of graduates of IIT, NIT, IIM and other prestigious Indian universities, top institutions. In this, it was stated on the occasion of personal growth and success, saying, “We will give you a chance to develop your talent and will guide you towards achieving the highest success.”

- Very Good: 0.18 Crore rupees
- Excelnt: 0.28 crores
- Extraordinary /Transformative: 0.55 Crore rupees
Class 9-10 (Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad, Board Exams, JEE Mains, Advanced, Other Engineering Exams, Other subjects)
- Good teacher: 0.15 crores
- Very Good: 0.25 Crore rupees
- Excelnt: 0.15 crores
- Extraordinary /Transformative: 0.75 crores
Class 11-12 and 12 pass (JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, Board Exams, International Olympiad, subject)
- Good teacher: 0.30 crores
- Very Good: 0.50 Crore rupees

Fiitjee’s incentive for teachers
The advertisement further promised that becoming an extraordinary or transformative teacher in FITJEE would help them to earn a property of at least Rs 100 crore within seven years. Additionally, advertisements for business track posts claimed that following the achievements of founders and overtook them could create unlimited assets, which potentially crossed Rs 1,000 crore within 7 to 10 years Can
