The Punjab-Haryana High Court wants to monitor technical aspects during this time. Technical aspects may be negotiated on 25 February. In fact, the petition has cited that according to the rules, if he is absent from the Lok Sabha proceedings for 60 days, then his membership can be canceled. It has been argued that he has not been able to participate in the Lok Sabha proceedings for 46 days. After the petition is filed, the court is going to hear it today.

In the petition filed by Amritpal’s lawyer, he received a letter from the Lok Sabha in this regard. Due to which all these things have come out. Amritpal Singh is an MP of Khadur Sahib. In such a situation, there has been a demand from the Lok Sabha speaker to join the session.
Earlier, his representation was also given to the District Magistrate of Amritsar on his behalf. Which has been canceled. Amritpal said that he has been non-hurt during the sessions in Parliament from 24 June to July 2, 25 November, 19 days, 25 November to 12 December.

Amritpal Singh’s new party Akali Dal Waris Punjab De was announced on 14 January 2025 at Maghi fair in Muktsar. Amritpal was formed a committee to run the national president and the party.

Delhi’s thinking is harming the creed and Punjab. The thinking of Delhi wants to rob Punjab’s water.

Before becoming an MP, Amritpal Singh was handling the ‘Waris Punjab De’ organization. The organization was formed by Punjabi actor Sandeep Singh alias Deep Sidhu in September 2021. Deep Sidhu came into the limelight when he spoke to the officer in English on the Shambhu border in the last peasant movement. After this, Deep Sidhu was also the main accused in the case of disturbance at the Red Fort on 26 January 2021.
After forming the organization, Deep Sidhu said that its aim is to bring the youth on the path of the Sikh creed and awaken Punjab. Deep Sidhu died in a road accident while returning from Delhi on 15 February 2022. After this, Amritpal Singh returned to India from Dubai and became the chief of Punjab De De.
