How much will salary-pension increase in the 8th Pay Commission?

If today the basic salary of an employee is ₹ 20 thousand and 2 fitment factor If imposed, it will increase to ₹ 40 thousand. If someone’s basic salary is ₹ 1 lakh then it will increase to ₹ 2 lakh. Apart from this, the Commission will decide the remaining allowances and payments to the employees.

There is a discussion going on about imposing a fitment factor of 2.86 on the basic salary in the recommendations of the 8th Pay Commission. There is also discussion going on at some places about imposing fitment factor 2.28. In such a situation, the basic salary of all the present grades will be decided from this. At present the lowest level employee gets a basic salary of ₹ 18000.

If fitment factor of 2.28 is applied on it then it will increase to more than ₹ 41 thousand. If fitment factor of 2.86 is applied then it will increase to more than ₹ 51 thousand. How much increased in the last pay commissions?

A fitment factor of 2.57 was imposed in the 7th Pay Commission implemented in 2016. That means then there will be 257% increase in basic salary. increase Had happened.
