Hindenburg Research Company is going to be closed (Hindenburg Research Shutting Down), company’s founder Nathan Anderson has given this information on social media site X. He wrote that he had shared with his family, friends and his team since the end of last year that the company was started with the plan that Hindenburg Research would be closed after the completion of those ideas. It was already planned that the company would be shut down after the completion of the ideas they were working on. As in previous Ponzi cases, the day has come to share with the regulators the work that has just been done.

“I didn’t know this in the beginning…”
The founder of Hindenburg Research said that it was his dream to create this company. In the beginning he did not know whether it would be possible to find a satisfactory way. This option was not easy at all. But he was unaware of the dangers and became attracted towards it.
Anderson said that when he started this work, he had doubts about whether he was capable of doing it because he did not have a traditional finance background. None of his relatives were in this area. He studied in a government school. He was not a slick salesperson. They don’t understand how to wear proper clothes. He cannot play golf nor is he a superhuman who can work on 4 hours of sleep.
“He was a good employee, yet he was ignored”
Describing his struggles, Anderson said that although he was a good employee in most jobs, he was still ignored. After this he started Hindenburg Research Company. But he did not have money at that time. After facing 3 lawsuits he had no money left. Had he not had the support of world-class whistleblower lawyer Brian Wood, who took on the case despite his lack of financial resources, he would have failed in the beginning.
“My team is ruthless with its work.”
Anderson said that he built a team of 11 incredible people one by one and without any clear plan. He hired everyone not just because he needed employees, but because when they crossed paths and saw who they were, he realized it would be crazy not to hire them. Everyone on the team was smart, focused and great to work with. He had no ego at all. When anyone meets him he meets everyone very nice and politely. But when it comes to this field, they are ruthless, capable of delivering world class work.
Anderson said that like him, his team also did not come from a traditional financial background. Their first employee often describes himself as a former bartender. They all have the same view of the world. They have a calm exterior and an equally burning underlying intensity. All the employees are like family to him. Everyone has worked very hard, focusing on accuracy and basing their words on the evidence.
