saif ali khan
Police are still empty handed even 60 hours after the attack on Saif Ali Khan. 35 police teams are engaged in the investigation. The police is busy solving two mysteries in this murder case. First, who is the accused and how did he come inside the flat and second, what was the motive for the attack?
The initial facts found so far in the police investigation related to the attack on Saif have complicated the case even more. Not one or two, now there are at least 5 such unresolved questions, the answers to which are not easy even for the police to find.
Question- 1: Which way did the thief enter the Hi-Tech Society?
The Satguru Sharan apartment where Saif Ali Khan lives is counted in the Hi-Tech Society of Bandra. To enter the society, approval from the residents is required. Not only this, the person leaving also has to give his hand or eye mark at the gate.
The question regarding the attacker has not been answered yet: how did he go inside? In the two CCTV footage that the police have received so far, the attacker is seen on the stairs. Looking at this CCTV footage, the police are just speculating.
Police sources have told local journalists that now only after arresting the accused attacker will it be known how he entered inside?
Question-2: Why did the police-guard not get the information within 30 minutes?
English newspaper Indian Express, quoting local police and investigation officials, has said that the attacker was inside thief Saif’s house for about 30 minutes. During this time there was a scuffle between the two. According to the footage that has surfaced of Saif’s society, the attacker remained in the entire society for about 55 minutes.
According to CCTV, the attacking thief is seen climbing the stairs at 1:37 in the night. He is seen getting down after committing the crime at 2:33 in the night.
The question is arising that how did no one get a clue even after he lived in the society and flat for so long? The attacker imprisoned himself inside after the attack. The question is also why did people not lock it from outside?
Questions are being raised about not giving information to the police and guards also.
Question-3: Was the only motive behind the crime?
So far two theories have emerged regarding the incident. First, the police has written quoting Saif’s maid that the thief demanded Rs 1 crore from her. The second thief first moved towards Saif’s son, on which Saif became enraged?
Now there are two questions in this. Kareena Kapoor says that the thief did not take any jewellery. That means the thief had not come with the sole purpose of stealing. Will the person committing theft demand extortion or money from anyone?
The second question is regarding the number of thieves. A thief generally does not go out to steal alone. That too in such a high-tech society. The question being raised is whether someone else was waiting outside to support the thief or did the thief have some internal support?
Question-4: 5 people could not win from one thief?
According to the information available so far, when the attacking thief entered the house, Saif Ali Khan, one of his male servants and 3 female servants were present in the house. These 5 people also got into a fight with the attacking thief.
The attacking thief had only a knife with which he attacked Saif. Not only this, the thief also imprisoned himself in the house. The question arising is whether 5 people could not win from one thief?
When the thief ran away from the locked room, why did the people present not raise any noise? The maid says that she saw the thief coming from the bathroom. The question is how did the thief go to the bathroom?
Did the thief take the outside route to get to the bathroom?
Question-5: Which way did the thief run after leaving the society?
This is also a question that after all, which way did the thief run away from the society? According to the report of Times of India, the police is also able to know which way the thief ran after coming out of the society? The reason for this is the absence of CCTV cameras in the area.
The question is also that after leaving the house, did the attacker run alone or was there any other person present with him?
