New guidelines are being prepared for property registration at 469 new locations in Indore district. These locations were selected in the middle of the first year, but could not be implemented due to lack of government permission.

On the instructions of Madhya Pradesh Government, a proposal to increase the guideline of assets was prepared in the middle of the financial year 2024-25, but it could not be implemented. In Indore district too, a proposal for increase in 469 locations was prepared in mid-October of the year.
The proposal for these locations will now be included in the guidelines for the financial year 2025-26. However, the rates of increase here will be decided again. The work of preparing new guidelines for the financial year 2025-26 has started.
Prepared a proposal for increase up to 31 percent
At present documents are being registered at 5154 locations in Indore district. Of these, a proposal for increase from 0 to more than 31 percent was made in the middle of the year at 469 locations. It could not be implemented due to lack of government permission.
At all these locations, documents are being registered at a rate higher than the prescribed guidelines. Now these locations will be included in the upcoming guidelines. Senior Registrar Amresh Naidu says that a proposal to increase the guidelines is being prepared.
This will also include 469 locations selected in the middle of the year. Here the rates of increase will be determined again. The rate of increase proposed earlier will not be applicable.
The process will be done again
Senior Registrar Deepak Sharma says that the guidelines proposals will be prepared afresh. After receiving instructions from the government, the process is being started and the documents are being assessed. Proposals will be prepared in the meeting of the Sub-Evaluation Committee and sent to the District Evaluation Committee.
After the proposal is approved from here, the claims and objections will be resolved and sent to the Central Evaluation Committee. All the locations selected in the middle of the year will also be included in the new process.
120 new colonies were selected
In the process of increasing the guidelines in mid-October of the year, a proposal was made to include 120 new locations in the district in the guidelines. Maximum of 24 new colonies were from Saver tehsil.
Whereas 21 colonies of Malharganj tehsil were included. At least two colonies were included in Depalpur tehsil. All these new colonies will be included in the guidelines for the financial year 2025-26.
