The latest news is that on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in video conferencing from Delhi and issued property cards to the beneficiaries. Also interacted with the beneficiaries.

State Bureau, Naiduniya, Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday gave ownership rights of their land to lakhs of villagers of 7 states including Madhya Pradesh. Taking part through video conferencing, PM Modi e-distributed property cards under the Swamvaat Yojana to the beneficiaries.
More than 15 lakh 63 thousand beneficiaries of Madhya Pradesh have received property cards. Addressing the beneficiaries, PM Modi said, today is a very historic day for the villages of the country, for the rural economy of the country. Governors of many states have participated in this program. He is the Chief Minister of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, UP. Maharashtra and Gujarat are also associated with us.
PM Modi further said, all the friends associated with thousands of Gram Panchayats, lakhs of beneficiaries of Swamvitva Yojana, this is such a comprehensive and huge program in itself and you all have joined with great enthusiasm, I congratulate everyone.
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the state level program organized in Seoni. Programs were also held at the district headquarters of the state, in which Union Ministers, State Ministers, MPs and MLAs participated.

What is ownership plan, how are the benefits?
- Ownership Scheme is a scheme to provide rights records to the people living on the land in rural areas of the state. These rights records can be used by the beneficiaries to take loan from the bank, mortgage the property and sell the property.
- The number of surveyed private properties in the total populated areas in the state is approximately 45.60 lakh. Out of this, survey work of about 39.63 lakh private properties has been completed, which is 88 percent of the set target.
- So far 24 lakh personal rights records have been distributed. The state level program was held in Seoni, in which the Chief Minister participated. Also, training sessions were held in all the districts, which included topics related to Swamitva Yojana and use of Meri Panchayat App, Panchayat Raj Institutions.
