Indian Railways has launched 10 new trains, which are available for passengers without prior reservation tickets. These trains have been brought to solve the problems of passengers traveling without reservation. According to media reports, operation of these trains will start from today. Indian Railways will provide service of these trains on routes with high passenger traffic.
Have to buy general ticket
Passengers traveling in these trains will have to keep in mind that they will have to buy general tickets from the ticket counter of the station. Apart from this, they can also book tickets through UTS app. For the information of passengers, let us tell you that these trains will have general and chair-car coaches. These new trains started by IRCTC will connect major cities across the country.
Trains and their routes
- Mumbai-Pune Superfast: Will leave Mumbai at 7:30 am and reach Pune at 11:00 am.
- Hyderabad-Vijayawada Express: Will leave Hyderabad at 7:30 am and reach Vijayawada at 2:00 pm.
- Delhi-Jaipur Express: Will depart from Delhi at 6 am and reach Jaipur at 1:30 pm.
- Lucknow-Varanasi Express: Will depart from Lucknow at 7:00 am and reach Varanasi at 1:30 pm.
- Kolkata-Patna Intercity: Will leave Kolkata at 5:00 am and reach Patna at 2:00 pm.
- Ahmedabad-Surat Superfast: Will depart from Ahmedabad at 7:00 am and reach Surat at 12:30 pm.
- Patna-Gaya Express: Will depart from Patna at 6:00 am and reach Gaya at 9:30 pm.
- Jaipur-Ajmer Superfast: Will leave Jaipur at 8 am and reach Ajmer at 11:30 pm.
- Chennai-Bangalore Express: Will leave Chennai at 8:00 am and reach Bengaluru at 3:30 pm.
- Bhopal-Indore Intercity: Will depart from Bhopal at 6:30 am and reach Indore at 12:00 pm.

- General coach ticket fare from Delhi to Jaipur is Rs 150 and seating fare is Rs 300.
- General coach ticket fare from Mumbai to Pune is Rs 120 and seating fare is Rs 250.
- General coach ticket fare from Kolkata to Patna is Rs 200 and seating fare is Rs 400.
How will you be able to book tickets?
- Before traveling by train, you have to go to the ticket counter of the station.
- You can also buy tickets using the UTS (Unreserved Ticketing System) mobile app.
- Apart from this, you can also get tickets from the nearest public service center.
