Kejriwal replied that Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar ended the trust of the people from the Election Commission.

Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal reached the Election Commission office at 11.30 am on Friday. He gave a letter in response to the questions asked by the Commission on the Yamuna poison case. During this time, Delhi CM Atishi and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann also reached with him.

Kejriwal wrote in the letter that Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini deliberately poisoned Yamuna. Criminal case should be registered against Haryana CM. According to media reports, Kejriwal went to the Election Commission office without appointment. However, the Commission held a meeting with Kejriwal, considering it as a special case.

Kejriwal arrived with 3 bottles of ammonia water for the Election Commission and challenged the Commission to drink.

5 big things about Kejriwal’s letter …

  1. The Chief Minister of Delhi called the Chief Minister of Haryana in the last week of December and requested him to either take steps to reduce ammonia or provide additional water to reduce it. However, CM Haryana assured that they would take necessary steps, however, they did not do so.
  2. Subsequently, CM Delhi called him several times again. After some calls, CM Haryana stopped picking up the phone of CM Delhi. Meanwhile, ammonia levels continued to rise. Subsequently, Punjab CM also called Naib Saini from CM Delhi. He was also assured only.
  3. The level of ammonia began to rise very fast from January 15 (about 3.2 ppm on 15 January) and reached 7 ppm a few days later. It seemed that Haryana was deliberately tried to influence the Delhi elections by sending a lot of ammonia polluted water in Delhi.
  4. I later wrote on social media- For fear of defeat in the election, the BJP wants to kill the people of Delhi. People do not have a great sin by killing people thirsty. For its dirty politics, the BJP wants to thirsty the people of Delhi. Can this disgusting work be done by this? The poison that is being sent in water, it cannot be cleaned in the water treatment plant. Water has to be stopped in many areas to protect the people of Delhi. BJP people want to massacre the people of Delhi. We will not let this happen at all.
  5. I had said that CM Delhi and CM Punjab had sought time from the Election Commission on an immediate basis to discuss the issue. There was a deliberate conspiracy to influence the Delhi elections by sending highly polluted water from the CM of Haryana, who is from the BJP.

Posting this letter on the social media platform x, Kejriwal wrote- Congratulations very much Delhi. We brought every struggle color. The poisonous water being sent to Delhi is now closed. The quantity of America in the water coming in Delhi has ranged from 7 ppm to 2 ppm. If we do not raise slogans and do not struggle, then today the dense population of Delhi is not getting water. We saved Delhi from a huge water crisis. The Election Commission gave me notice that the punishment has been threatened. My answer to the Election Commission.

Kejriwal said- Election Commission should take action against BJP

Earlier, Kejriwal held a press conference. During this, he said- money and goods are being distributed openly in Delhi. The Election Commission is silent. If the Election Commission did not take any concrete steps and did not show the courage to take action against the BJP, then democracy will be infamous all over the world.

He said- Even though we have not taken the appointment, we are going to the Election Commission. We are handing over three bottles of water of 7 ppm ammonia to them. We challenge the Election Commission to drink that water in front of the country.

On Thursday, the Commission asked 5 questions to Kejriwal The Election Commission wrote a letter to Kejriwal on Thursday and asked 5 questions. The Commission asked- Which place found poison in the water of Yamuna, give evidence. With the allegations of poisoning the increasing level of ammonia with the allegations of poisoning etc., the answer will be taken by 11 am, otherwise action will be taken.

On this, Arvind Kejriwal said- money and sheets are being distributed openly in Delhi. The Election Commission does not take action on this. Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar is doing politics. Will send 3 bottles of Yamuna water. Rajiv Kumar should show it by drinking water in the press conference.

Kejriwal said- Rajiv Kumar is retiring on 18 February. They need a job after retirement. He raised the Election Commission. The language he has written today is not the job of EC. History will not forgive them. If Rajiv Kumar has to do politics, then he should contest from any assembly seat in Delhi.
