Reaching from 300 to 700 has a serious impact on health. Pollution is especially harmful for children and the elderly. Actually, their immunity power is weaker than that of adults and youth.
Measures to prevent side effects of pollution
-Do not stay out of the house for long in polluted environment. When there is a lot of dust and soil, the polluted air can enter the lungs and spread to other parts of the body through the blood. This can cause very serious health related problems.
-Take care of hydration. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Take nutritious diet. People who take medicines to control blood pressure or respiratory problems should keep taking them regularly. If you go out, wear a mask. Those who have lung problems must wear a mask. N95 masks can prove helpful in protecting against harmful particles.
-Pollution not only causes respiratory problems but can also have adverse effects on the heart and kidneys. If care is not taken, it can affect all organs. Headache may also occur. In such a situation, take necessary precautions for your safety. As long as possible, travel anywhere by public transport only. You can keep yourself healthy and safe by adopting these important measures to avoid pollution.
