Punjab Police has announced the recruitment of 1746 posts of constables. At present, the online application process for recruitment has not started yet. According to the notification, the application process will start from 7 pm on February 21 and the last date for filling the application is 13 March.
Online application for Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2025 can be made by visiting Punjab Police’s official website punjabpolice.gov.in. Out of 1746 vacancies of Police Constable, applications will be invited for 1261 posts for district police cadre and 485 posts for armed police cadre.
What will be eligibility for recruitment
Any candidate who fills the application should be 12th pass from a recognized board. At the same time, qualification for ex -servicemen is matriculation pass. The age limit for this recruitment is 18 to 28 years. Candidates should note that the age will be calculated on 1 January 2025. However, the maximum age limit will be given to the candidates of reserved classes.
What will be the physical criteria for recruitment
For police constable recruitment, the height of male candidates should be 5 feet 7 inches (170.2 cm) and the height of women should be 5 feet 2 inches (157.5 cm).
Sarkari Naukri: What will be the application fee
The application fee for general category candidates is Rs 1200 and the application fee for SC, ST, Backward Classes and EWS category candidates is Rs 700. The application fee for the ex -servicemen category candidates of Punjab is Rs 500.
