State Bureau, Naiduniya, Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government is preparing to bring eight more policies before the Global Investors Summit (GIS). These include amendment of MSME, startup, land allocation policies, while the biofuel policy is being included in the renewable energy policy.

Integrated townships, health investment, EV (electric vehicle) and aviation policies are being brought for the first time. The cabinet meeting to be held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Tuesday is likely to get approval for these policies.

Grant will be given on setting up EV charging station

• The presentation will be given in the cabinet meeting about Annadata and Garib Kalyan Mission. They can also be given the green signal. The youth and women empowerment missions have already received approval.
• Under the new EV policy, a grant will now be given on setting up EV charging stations. The skill development and plantation policy will not be brought in the cabinet meeting at present.

District hospitals will be built on PPP mode

District hospitals will be developed on PPP mode under the health investment policy. There will be government assistance on investment in large hospitals, research and development. For this, private investors in the health sector will be invited for investment.

In this, investors will be able to use 75 percent beds themselves, while 25 percent beds will be reserved for the treatment of poor class for free. Apart from this, many provisions have also been made in this policy regarding better health services.

A mini airport will be built at two hundred km

A provision policy provides for the construction of a mini airport on PPP mode. A mini airport will be built on PPP mode every two hundred kilometers. A helipad will be built in each development block, a airstrip at 100 km. 20 seater airlines will be made available under the Udaan scheme.

Two -fold loan guarantee in MSME

The Government of India has made some provisions in the budget. Under it, the definition of MSME of MP is being changed. Two times loan guarantee will be given under MSME policy. Apart from this, provisions have been made to promote exports in MSME, Startup and Land allocation policy.

Provisions have been made to help increase logistics, increase exports. Financial incentives will be given to encourage exports, ensure better quality and authentication to promote green industrialization. Provisions have also been made to promote clusters in the private sector.

Cities will be developed in integrated township policy

Farmers, groups of farmers or private people around cities in Madhya Pradesh will be able to make a township by land pooling. There will be exemption from procedures like green belt. EWS, LIG ​​houses will have to be built in 15 percent area of ​​the total area. For this, developers (developers) will be able to request the development authority or other agencies to provide land. She will play a role in getting land on the basis of mutual consent.

If government land comes in the project area, then a maximum of eight hectares of limit can be given. It has a prohibition of land pooling. Rules are simplified. These provisions will also be applicable to other housing project agencies including Development Authority.
