  • 800 grams lost
  • 100 grams coconut powder
  • 120 grams of cashew
  • 120 grams jaggery
  • 3 grams small cardamom powder
  • 200 raisins
  • 30 grams of chironji

Baked Gujhiya

Add flour, salt and pure ghee and mix it well. Now knead the dough thoroughly with the help of water.

After kneading soft dough, keep it to rest for some time.

Now prepare the filing of Gujhiya. For this, lose it in a big baton. Now add coconut powder, cashew pieces, jaggery, cardamom powder, raisins and chironji grains and mix it well.

Now make small dough balls and prepare their small puri. Now keep these pods in a mold that makes Gujhiya and fill the filling in it.

Make a solution by adding 2-3 teaspoons of water to the flour. Apply this solution around the puri and then press it with a mold and prepare it by making Gujhiya. Similarly, make all the Gujhiya and keep it.
