The dream of living in an Integrated Industrial Township, one of the smartest townships of the country under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, will soon be fulfilled. IITGNL’s group housing plot scheme will be launched soon. The land allotment rates for 2024-25 have been decided in the board meeting of IITGNL held on Monday. Now instructions have been given to launch the scheme.
Actually, the process of launching the scheme of builder plots has been completed by ITGNL, but it was halted due to the reserve price not being fixed for the e-auction. The board meeting of ITGNL was held on Monday, in which the rate was approved.
Reserve price fixed at Rs 44,400 per square meter in township
The reserve price in this township has been fixed at Rs 44,400 per square meter. Along with this, this scheme is also going to be launched soon. Being the smartest township of the country, many big builders of NCR and the country have already expressed their desire to invest in group housing here. In such a situation, a large number of builders are likely to participate in the auction scheme of group housing in IITGNL.
The dream of living in IITGNel’s smart township will be fulfilled
IITGNL Director Prerna Singh said that out of the four group housing plots, one plot is of 34,500 square meter area, the second plot is of 54,400 square meter area, the third plot is of 70,000 square meter area and the fourth plot is of 94,000 square meter area. On the basis of reserve price, the total price of the four plots has been fixed at approximately Rs 1,123 crore.
If all four plots are sold even at the reserve price, IITGNL will get Rs 1,123 crore. Along with this, people’s dream of living in the smart township of IITGNL will also be fulfilled. Allotment of these plots will be done through online auction, only the applicant who makes the highest bid will be allotted the plot.
Facility of e-auction, application and fee deposit will be online only.
The facility of registration, application, fee deposit and e-auction in the scheme will be online only. Along with this, the IITGNL Board has also fixed the rates for industries and commercial properties for 2024-25.
The rate for industrial plots will be Rs 23,900 per square meter and the rate for commercial plots will be Rs 75,400 per square meter. The Integrated Industrial Township is being developed over about 750 acres by Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL), a joint venture of DMIC and Greater Noida Authority. A dozen big companies are setting up their plants in this township. Companies like Haier Electronics, Formi Mobile, Satkriti Infotainment, Chenfeng (LED company) and J World Electronics are also operating in this township.
