On Saturday, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state government will do the imprisonment of the death penalty for those who reverberated and raped daughters in the state. This appointment will be done under Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act. Our government is very harsh in terms of conversion and misconduct.

Dr. Mohan Yadav had earlier said in the discussion with the media that the state government is admitting the death penalty for those who conduct the transfer. Later, the state government clarified that this subject is only about the conversion of daughters. Especially in such cases, the incident of rape will be involved or such cases in which there is a murder incident after conversion.

6 months maternity leave to women working in contract

Dr. Mohan Yadav announced to give additional casual leave of seven days to women working in government service and also to give six months maternity leave to women working in contract. On this occasion, he transferred Rs 1552.73 crore to the account of 1.27 crore Ladli sisters. Also, the amount of LPG cylinder refilling in the account of 26 lakh women was transferred to Rs 55.95 crore.

Religious freedom law is applicable in MP

Let me tell you, currently religious freedom law is applicable in Madhya Pradesh. There is a punishment for five to ten years imprisonment and a punishment of one lakh rupees for collective conversion. There is a provision of three to 10 years imprisonment and a penalty of 50 thousand rupees on hiding religion for the purpose of marriage.

This law is effective from the year 2021. Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel, Women and Child Development Minister Nirmala Bhuria, BJP State President Vishnu Dutt Sharma were also present in the program.

Madhya Pradesh will become the number one state in the country

Dr. Mohan Yadav said that by the year 2047, when India becomes the number one country in the world, Madhya Pradesh will also become the number one state in the country. The government is moving forward on the basis of this sentiment. We are working on what can be better in your life.

Four crore houses are being built in urban areas across the country. Survey is also going on in Madhya Pradesh. There will be no sister without a pucca house. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has told four main castes in the country to women, farmers, poor and youth. The state government has also tried to incorporate these four.

Not possible hanging from constitutional point of view: Tankha

Rajya Sabha member and Congress leader Vivek Tankha tagged Dr. Mohan Yadav on ‘X’ and wrote that it should be hanged or not. Hanging is not possible from the decisions and constitutional point of view of the Supreme Court. CM is making people happy with his hard liner.
