The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has raided the house and office of businessman Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Along with this, Raj Kundra is also being interrogated in this case. This is a case of money laundering related to pornography. There are allegations that in this case, the money collected in the country was transferred abroad through these videos. In this way, a large amount of money was transferred from one place to another, the investigation of which has now been started by the ED. However, this is not a new matter. Earlier, Mumbai Police had arrested Raj Kundra in the pornography case.
Accusations of illegally spreading obscene material
This ED raid pertains to the alleged pornography network and channels run by Raj Kundra and his associates, who are accused of allegedly illegally spreading obscene content on social media and other digital platforms. ED officials have started examining the documents on the whereabouts of Kundra and his associates, so that all aspects of this crime can be thoroughly investigated. Raj Kundra’s name has already come into discussion in the matter of pornography. Mumbai Police had even arrested him in this case, but later he got bail. Shilpa Shetty’s name also came up in this case, however, till now she has not been accused for any kind of involvement in this case.

In February, the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police had registered a case against making obscene films and releasing them on different OTT platforms. After this the police became active and were raiding different places. During this time, four people were caught by the police. When he was interrogated, Raj Kundra’s name came up. On this basis Raj Kundra was arrested. Model Poonam Pandey, actress and model Sherlyn Chopra, actress Sagarika Shona Suman had also made many serious allegations against Raj Kundra.
Raj Kundra has been in jail in pornography case
Raj Kundra, who had spent time in jail in a pornography case, after his release from there, also worked as an actor in a film named ‘UT 69’. This film was based on his 63 days spent in Arthur Jail. That is, this film was based on the arrest of Raj Kundra on ‘Adult Film Scandal’. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra got married in 2009 and now 15 years have passed since their marriage. Both have two children, a daughter Samisha Shetty Kundra and a son Viaan Raj Kundra.
