Under the new rule, now if someone is on F-1 student visa in America and has to apply for H-1B visa, then the validity of his student visa will automatically increase. The student visa will not expire as long as the H-1B visa process continues.

H-1B visas are distributed in America with the help of a lottery system. Now this system has also been improved. According to the new rules, duplicate registration has been stopped from now on.
