The 1.30-minute video, with the tagline ‘First fan will come, then electricity will come’, surprises the audience and also shows how clean energy can brighten lives without polluting the environment. This is a short, but effective video. The video tells the story of Tamtu, a village child who spends his nights in the dark with his father, waiting for electricity to knock at his door.
The work of Adani Group speaks volumes…
In 2016, Adani Group completed the 648 MW Kamuthi Solar Plant in Tamil Nadu, which was the world’s largest single-site solar power project at the time. Today, the group is building another renewable energy (RE) plant in Khavda in western Gujarat. It is more than 5 times the size of Paris and when completed, it will generate 30 gigawatts of clean energy, making it the world’s largest man-made energy source. This plant will be bigger than not only thermal and nuclear but also hydropower.
