How to register in PM Kisan Yojana? Know which farmers do not get its benefits – India TV Hindi

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a popular scheme related to farmers. This scheme was started to provide financial assistance to the landholding farmers of the country. Crores of farmers are currently availing the benefits of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. In this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is provided every year to farmer families. This help is provided in three equal installments of Rs 2000 each. Under this scheme, so far 18 installments of Rs 2,000 have been transferred to the bank accounts of farmers. PM Modi had released the 18th installment of the scheme in October. Now the 19th installment of the scheme may come in February. Farmers with rural cultivable land as well as farmers with urban cultivable land can take advantage of this scheme. Let us know what needs to be done to register in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

Register in PM Kisan Yojana in this way

  • Step 1. PM Kisan Portal https://pmkisan.gov.in/ Go to. Click on ‘Farmer Corner’ here.
  • Step 2. After this you have to click on the ‘New Farmer Registration’ tab.
  • Step 3. After this you have to enter your Aadhaar number.
  • Step 4. After this fill the captcha code and select your state.
  • Step 5. Now you will see a form. Here you have to enter the asked information.
  • Step 6. Here you have to enter information related to your bank account and farm.
  • Step 7. After this click on submit. With this your application will be registered.

If you want to register offline in this scheme, then you will have to go to Kisan Common Service Center. Here you can easily register in the scheme.

These farmers do not get benefits

According to the terms and conditions of PM Kisan Yojana, the following farmers will not get the benefit of the scheme:

  • (a) All institutional land holding farmers are not eligible for this scheme.
  • (b) Farmer families in which one or more members belong to the following categories:-
  • i. Are or have previously held constitutional positions.
  • ii. All serving or retired officers and employees of Ministries/Offices/Departments of the Central/State Government and its field units, Central or State Public Undertakings and attached offices/autonomous institutions under the Government as well as regular employees (Multi Tasking Staff) of local bodies (Except lV Class/Group D employees)
  • iii. Former and present Ministers/Ministers of State, former or present members of the Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha/State Assemblies/State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations and former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
  • lv. Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Architects registered with professional bodies.
  • v. All retired pensioners (except multi tasking employees) receiving pension of Rs 10,000 or more, all persons who paid income tax in the previous assessment year.
