Having normal blood pressure is the biggest sign of a healthy heart. If your blood pressure is normal i.e. 120/80 mmHg, it means that your heart is in better condition. This is because high blood pressure creates pressure on the heart, which can lead to heart diseases.

Sometimes high blood pressure can result in a heart attack. With increasing age, it becomes more important to get blood pressure checked regularly so that you can stay away from heart risks.
