Naiduniya Representative, Ujjain(Vikramotsav Ujjain). Vikramotsav will be organized here from 24 February to 30 June 2025 to introduce the world to the glory of Emperor Vikramaditya, the great ruler of Ujjain and to promote tourism, art-culture, trade-industry.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate the event in Bhopal. He will attend the two-day Global Investor Summit to be held in Bhopal from 24th February as the chief guest. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held a meeting with officials and public representatives in Ujjain on Tuesday regarding preparations.
Promotion of culture and tourism
Under Vikramotsav, instructions were given to organize Vikram Trade Fair, Handicraft Fair, staging of Mahanatya Vikramaditya and activities based on promotion of culture and tourism here like the famous Gwalior Fair of Asia.
Instructions were also given to prepare a Sanatani calendar from Gudi Padwa (30th March) to the next Gudi Padwa and to prepare an action plan to propagate the principles of justice of Emperor Vikramaditya.
CM said- Some people are proud of only one deity, we have 33 crore gods and goddesses.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav participated in the birth anniversary celebrations of Saint Shiromani Maharishi Balinath organized by Bairwa Samaj at Teen Batti intersection. He garlanded the statue of the saint and said that Maharishis have played an important role in bringing public awareness in the society.
Maharishi Balinath is one of those who showed the right path to everyone through satsang. He explained the specialty of Sanatan Dharma. Said- Many people have only one god. In that they boast and pretend. We have 33 crore Gods and Goddesses, believe in whomever you want. Gods can come to Sanatan Dharma only by breaking the pillar.
Liabilities will be settled on the lines of Hukamchand Mill
The Chief Minister said that on the lines of Hukamchand Mill of Indore, the state government will take action to pay the liabilities of other closed mills of the state. Announced to hold state level Panchayat of Bairwa Panchayat next year.
