For this, behavior training of all the staff is also being conducted continuously. He further said that the staff is being motivated to behave well with the devotees and provide them the best service. Despite this, if any devotee has a complaint against any staff or any staff member misbehaves with any devotee, then he can complain about it on the toll free number or in person in the department. Taking this into consideration, action will be taken.

Yogi government is going to operate electric buses to provide transportation services to the devotees during Mahakumbh. Before Mahakumbh, 10 to 15 electric buses will start operating in Prayagraj, while till the major bathing festival of Mauni Amavasya on January 29, 30 other buses will be sent from Lucknow headquarters to Prayagraj. Electric buses will provide transportation service to the devotees on various routes and make their travel easier. It is noteworthy that crores of people are expected to attend the Mahakumbh being organized in Prayagraj between January 13 and February 26. In such a situation, electric buses will play an important role in transportation.

Prayagraj Railway Board has taken necessary steps towards the success of the government’s campaign of double engine to make Mahakumbh 2025 ‘healthy and safe’. Prayagraj Railway Board has set up medical observation rooms at railway stations to ensure the health safety of the devotees and pilgrims coming to Mahakumbh. There is a provision to provide 24×7 special medical facilities in these observation rooms. With this, quick and effective medical care can be provided in any emergency situation. In more serious situations, the patient can be taken to the concerned railway or city medical hospital with the help of an ambulance.

Regarding this, Chief PRO of Prayagraj Railway Division Shashikant said that Railways has set up observation rooms at Prayagraj Junction, Prayag, Subedarganj, Naini and Chhivki stations. Doctors and medical staff will be present 24 hours in these observation rooms, who will perform duty in shifts of 8 hours. 15 staff nurses, 12 pharmacists, 12 hospital attendants and 15 housekeeping assistants have been appointed for each observation room. Doctors of Railway Hospital will render their services in the observation room as per duty. All necessary equipment and medicines will also be available in these observation rooms to provide prompt and high quality treatment to the devotees and pilgrims coming to Mahakumbh.

Medical equipment for first aid like ECG machine, defibrillator, oxygen concentrator, glucometer will be present in these observation rooms of the Railways. Immediate primary treatment can be provided to the problems faced by heart patients, sinus patients and diabetes patients due to winter season, crowd and excessive walking. In case the problem becomes serious, ambulance service will also be available to take the patient to the concerned medical hospital of the railway or the city. For this, the Railway Administration has coordinated with all the major hospitals of the city and the Railways. Prayagraj Railway Board has made all necessary efforts to provide necessary health facilities at the station to the devotees coming for Mahakumbh.
