He told that the responsibility of monitoring all these toilets has been entrusted to 1500 Ganga Seva Doots, who will check each toilet in the morning and evening. They will scan the QR code installed on each toilet through the ICT app and will answer yes or no to the questions given in that app. These questions will include questions like whether the toilet is clean or not, whether the door of the toilet is broken, whether there is sufficient quantity of water or not, as soon as the answers to these questions are submitted, this feedback will reach the control room. The details of the toilets whose cleanliness is not up to standard will be sent to the concerned vendors and then the cleaning of the toilet will be completed by the vendors within a few minutes. Not only Ganga Seva Doot, but also common people will be able to give feedback on filth through this online system.
