Indore police has taken action on playing DJs in a loud voice in a club in Vijay Nagar area. The police have registered a case against the DJ operator and seized the DJ system. This action has been taken under the order issued for noise pollution control.

New Duniya Representative, Indore. Following the instructions issued by the Indore district administration regarding the sound amplifier, the police have taken action on playing DJs late Thursday at the RK Club in Vijay Nagar area.
According to the police, it was reported late on Thursday that the DJ was playing in a loud voice in the RK Club, due to which people were facing problems. The strike force led by Inspector Chandrakant Patel in -charge was dispatched.
The police took action against DJ Director Omprakash alias Prem Shahi son Indralal Shahi. A case has been registered against the accused by seizing the DJ system.
Will be able to complain about DJ ringing on 311 apps of the corporation
Restrictive orders have been issued for noise pollution control in Indore district. Now the common people will also be able to complain about playing DJs or using sound extension devices in loud voice.
Collector Ashish Singh has said to start the facility on the said app, so that the public can easily complain. These will be processed by the Regional Magistrate and the police. The district administration and DJs met after the order of noise pollution in the district. It was given information about playing DJs according to the set criteria.
Collector issued order on Thursday
The district administration has shown strictness regarding increasing noise pollution in the city. On Thursday, the Collector released a guideline regarding the use of sound amplifier including DJ, loudspeaker. If not followed, a criminal case will be registered.
According to the instructions issued by Collector Ashish Singh, strict action will be taken on playing loudspeakers, DJs etc. from 10 am to 6 am. DJs will be able to put only two speakers on the vehicle. This order will remain in force till April 5 with immediate effect.
These instructions apply
- Permission will be taken from the competent authority for the use of laddspeakers, DJ, pressure horn and other sound extension devices.
- Permission will be given to install two medium sized loudspeakers in the vehicle.
- Ban on pressure of pressure horn.
- From 10 to 6 am, any type of loudspeaker, DJ, band etc. will be completely banned.
