Navdunia Representative, Bhopal (Ed Raid in Bhopal). After the raid of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Jayashree Gayatri Food Products Private Limited on Wednesday, Payal Modi, wife of the company’s director Kishan Modi, attempted suicide by consuming poison in his Shahpura B-Sector house.

He is undergoing treatment in a private hospital. Payal has also left a suicide note before eating poison. The shocking thing is that in the suicide note, Payal has blamed Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s name by writing the names of some people associated with the Lok Janshakti Party.

LJP leader accused

In the suicide note, Payal wrote that Chandraprakash Pandey and his brother Vedprakash Pandey of LJP had stolen in our company. The case was also registered regarding this, but both brothers survived using their political influence and now we are taking EOW, FSSAI, CGST and now ED action on our company.

Used to threaten to kill her husband

My husband Kishan Modi has also received threats to kill him several times. In such a situation, I have no way but to die except three young children. The names of Sunil Tripathi, Bhagwan Singh Mewada and Hitesh Punjabi are also written in the suicide note.

Police will file a woman’s statement

Bhupender Kaur Sandhu, in -charge of Chunabhatti police station, said that the statements of Payal and his relatives will be recorded. Let us know that the ED raided six places including the residential complexes of the company’s director Kishan Modi, Payal Modi and Amit Kuklod in Bhopal on Wednesday under the Money Laundering Act on Wednesday.

Documents of assets worth Rs 66 crore were found

In this action, the ED took a fixed deposit amount of Rs 6.26 crore hostage. Two cars and Rs 25 lakh cash have also been seized. Documents of movable and immovable property worth Rs 66 crore have also been found from all places, which are being tested.

This action was taken by ED on the basis of FIR and charge sheet filed against Jayashree Gayatri Food Company in the Economic Offenses Cell (EOW). Earlier investigation revealed that the company was producing and supplying domestic and internationally adulterated milk products using forged lab certificates through its directors.

Use of fake lab certificate

It was also revealed that the company made adulterated milk products and used fake lab certificates issued by BIS and NABL recognized labs to get export certificates from export inspection agency (EIA) Indore. They were used to export adulterated milk products.
