Police have made new revelations after the arrest of his wife Nikita Singhania in the AI ​​engineer Atul Subhash suicide case. Police sources have informed the news agency that Nikita was continuously changing her location after the engineer’s family filed a case against Nikita Singhania.

Apart from this, she was only using WhatsApp calling to avoid the police. Not only this, she was continuously trying to get anticipatory bail. During this time, Nikita had made a phone call, due to which Bengaluru Police tracked him, after which he was arrested from Gurugram on Saturday.

After Nikita’s arrest, on Saturday itself the police arrested her brother Anurag Singhania and mother Nisha Singhania from Prayagraj. All the accused have been sent to police custody for two weeks, although Nikita’s uncle Ashok Singhania is still absconding.

On December 9, AI engineer Atul Subhash committed suicide by making a suicide note and video in his flat in Bengaluru. After this, Atul’s family accused his wife Nikita Singhania and her family of instigating Atul to commit suicide.

On the night of 11th December at 1.30 am, Nikita’s mother and brother had locked themselves in the house and ran away.

The family was absconding after locking the house

As soon as Bengaluru Police registered a case against Nikita and her family, they all fled after locking their house in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. When Bengaluru Police personnel reached Nikita’s house in Jaunpur, they pasted a notice at Singhania’s house, asking him to appear within three days. During this time, the police made a list of close relatives of the family and kept an eye on them.

On 13 December, Bengaluru Police reached Jaunpur. Notice pasted outside Atul’s in-laws’ house.

Police tracked because of a call

After coming to Gurugram, Nikita started living in a PG, during this time her mother and brother were hiding in Jhusi town of Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh. They all used to talk to each other through WhatsApp calls. But, Nikita accidentally called one of his close relatives. After this, the police tracked the tower location and reached Rail Vihar PG, Gurugram and detained Nikita.

The police made Nikita call his mother, after which his mother and brother were also arrested. The police took all three to Bengaluru on a late night flight and after undergoing medical examination, produced them before the magistrate on Sunday morning, where they have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

According to the police, Nikita has told that she never harassed Atul, rather Atul was harassing her. She also said that if she had only wanted money, she would never have left her Bengaluru home.

Atul committed suicide by making a video of 1 hour 20 minutes Atul Subhash, originally from Bihar, wrote a 24-page suicide letter and ended his life. His body was recovered from his flat in Manjunath Layout, Bengaluru. Before dying, he also made a video of 1 hour 20 minutes. Before committing suicide, he also raised questions on the court system and false cases against men.

Atul Subhash had released a 1.20 hour long video on the internet on December 9 and said that he had no option left except suicide.

5 points of suicide note

1. Justice is Due Atul’s suicide note started with ‘Justice is due’. In this Atul writes- My wife got 9 cases registered against me. Out of this, there is also a case of murder and unnatural sex registered in 2022. Later he withdrew this case. The remaining cases include dowry harassment, divorce and maintenance, which are going on in the District Court and High Court.

2. Accusations against Jaunpur judge

Atul also made serious allegations against Jaunpur Court Principal Family Judge Rita Kaushik. Atul said that the judge said that the cases are false, you should think about the family and settle the case. I will take Rs 5 lakh to settle the case.

3. Wife asked for Rs 1 crore

It was written in the letter that my wife, mother-in-law and her uncle Sushil Singhania demanded Rs 1 crore, which has now increased to Rs 3 crore. The court ordered me to pay Rs 80,000 per month for the care of my 4.5 year old son. This increased my stress.

4. Marriage through matrimony site

Atul had written that I had not been able to meet my son for 3 years, even though I had applied for this in the court several times. The wife had demanded Rs 2 lakh per month, although she is an educated and working woman. Works in a multinational company. In 2019, Atul married Nikita after meeting a match through a matrimony site.
