According to the information, a girl resident of Deendayal Nagar works in a software company in Bangalore. Recently she had come to her home in Sagar. On January 6, at around 3 pm, a call came on his mobile.

  • A woman, posing as a representative of a telecom company, said that her mobile SIM was not linked to the Aadhaar number. On this basis his mobile number is being switched off. A case of unauthorized advertising, human trafficking and money laundering has been registered against your mobile number.

The thug wearing uniform said that a case of human trafficking and money laundering has been registered against the girl and said that she has been digitally arrested. He will have to remain on video surveillance 24 hours a day.

  • The thug said that you write to me that you are not involved in this case. CBI is investigating this. The girl also wrote and sent an application on the internet media group. After this, the thug made the girl talk to a third person by asking her to connect her to the CBI headquarters.

  • He told the girl that she would have to pay the security bail bond. Saying this, the thug gave the girl the account number of Bank of Maharashtra and asked her to send five lakh rupees to him. Fearing arrest, the girl sent Rs 5 lakh through RTGS to that account on January 9.
  • After this, Rs 9 lakh 50 thousand 23 were sent again. In this way, at different times every day, the thugs kept talking to the girl on video calls in the name of digital arrest.

  • While telling the accused girl that he was arrested through video call, he got Rs 4 lakh 63 thousand 776 transferred through several UPI in different installments for the expenses on various types of legal processes including notary, bail etc. In this way, a total of Rs 14 lakh 13 thousand 779 was cheated from the girl.

Father reached the police station with his daughter

After this the thugs told the girl that now her parents would also be arrested in this case. She got scared. The girl told this to her father. It did not take long for the father to understand the extent of the fraud. They reached Makronia police station with their daughter, where the police registered a case.
