Police team attacked in Madhya Pradesh to save a person

In Madhya Pradesh’s Mauganj district on Saturday, a group of tribals allegedly attacked the police team who arrived to save the kidnapped person, in which a policeman died. The official said that the group had also killed the kidnap person. He said that the incident took place in Gadra village, about 25 km from the district headquarters and the police has detained five people in connection with the incident. Rewa Range Deputy Inspector General of Police Saket Pandey said, “Two people, including an ASI (Assistant Sub -Inspector), have died and other policemen have suffered minor injuries.” Sources said that after the mob surrounded, the police had to firing in the air in self -defense. Local sources said that a person named Sunny Dwivedi was abducted by a group of people from the Kol tribe on Saturday. According to sources, those people suspected that Dwivedi killed a tribal named Ashok Kumar a few months ago. According to police records, Kumar died in a road accident. After receiving information about the kidnapping of Dwivedi, a team led by Sandeep Bhartiya, in -charge of Shahpur police station reached Gadra village to save him. Police said that by that time Dwivedi had died after allegedly beating in a room. According to the police, when the policemen opened the room, a group of tribals attacked them with sticks and stones, injuring some of them policemen. An official said that the injured policemen were rushed to the hospital, but ASI Charan Gautam of Special Armed Forces died during treatment.

Four people arrested in ASI’s death case in Munger

Four accused have been arrested so far in the case related to the death of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Santosh Kumar Singh in the alleged attack by a group of people in Munger district of Bihar. A senior police official said that the deceased has been identified as ASI Santosh Kumar Singh, who was posted in the emergency dial number service 112 at Mufassil police station in Munger. In another similar incident, an ASI was killed in a scuffle between a group of policemen and people in Araria district on Wednesday night. The latest incident took place on Friday evening in Nandlalpur village under Mufassil police station area.

Director General of Police (DGP) Vinay Kumar told, ‘ASI along with other officials had gone to Nandlalpur village to investigate a case related to the dispute between two parties at around 8.30 pm. Some people involved in the dispute attacked his head with a sharp weapon. These people were drunk. ASI suffered serious injuries and was taken to the nearest government hospital, from where he was sent to Patna for better treatment. He said that Singh died in a hospital in Patna on Saturday morning.

ASI Rajiv Ranjan Malla killed in Araria

ASI Rajiv Ranjan Mall was beaten to death in Araria, Bihar late on Wednesday night. He along with the police team went to catch the wanted criminal Anmol Yadav in several cases. Police had received news that the criminal Anmol Yadav has come to the wedding ceremony. After this, under the leadership of ASI Rajiv Ranjan Mall, the police team started taking the culprit and taking them to the police station, then Yadav’s operatives first opposed the police action. After this, ASI came down on misbehavior with Rajiv Ranjan and shocked him, causing ASI to fall to the ground. After this, the crowd broke on them. Malla’s condition worsened. Somehow he was rescued and admitted to the hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. Anmol Yadav is wanted in many cases. He is a resident of Khaira village of Narpatganj police station area. Earlier, he has also attacked the police during the smuggling of hemp. He has also been an accused in arms cases including NDPS.
