BEL Recruitment 2025: India Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company and the Ministry of Defense, India’s leading commercial electronics company has issued recruitment notification for Trainee Engineer-I and Project Engineer-I posts. The recruitment campaign is for Bangalore -based Product Development and Innovation Center (PDIC) and Center for Excellence (COE), in which a total of 137 posts are to be filled. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for these posts before 20 February 2025. The selection process will vary according to the posts. Candidates applying for Trainee Engineer will have to undergo written examination, while the candidates applying for the post of Project Engineer will be selected on the basis of written examination and interview.

What is qualification?
There are two key posts in this recruitment – Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer. Candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Science Engineering Discipline. The degree (4-year course) should be completed from a recognized university or institute. At the same time, candidates for the post of Project Engineer also get BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science or McTech’s Engineering Discipline. Degree (4-year course) should be passed from a recognized university or institute. Engineering degree holders will be considered eligible in relevant subjects for both these posts.
