Naiduniya, Bhopal/Indore/Gwalior. The weather pattern of Madhya Pradesh has now changed. The people of the state definitely got relief from the harsh cold due to the change in the direction of the winds, but due to the scorching sun, they have also started feeling the heat.

At present eastern and south-eastern winds are coming in the state. Because of this, these changes are being seen in the temperature. The same situation will continue for the next two-three days.

Day temperature increased by up to five degrees in many districts

  • Due to scorching heat on Monday, the day temperature increased by up to five degrees in many districts of the state. The maximum temperature of Khandwa, Khargone, Khajuraho and Mandla reached 30 degrees.
  • At the same time, the minimum temperature on the night between Sunday and Monday also increased. This is the reason why most of the districts of the state are no longer experiencing severe cold even at night.
  • However, Mandla district is the only one in the state where the lowest minimum temperature was recorded at 5 degrees Celsius. Meteorologist Ajay Shukla said that a western disturbance is present near Jammu and Kashmir including Afghanistan and Pakistan.
  • At the same time, an induced cyclone is forming towards Rajasthan. Because of this the direction of the winds has changed. Cold winds are not coming into the state from the mountains. The weather of the state will remain dry during the next 24 hours. There will be a slight increase in day and night temperatures.

  • Bhopal: 27.4 degrees, 9.6 degrees
  • Indore: 28.0 degrees, 13.2 degrees
  • Gwalior: — 26.8 degrees, 12.9 degrees
  • Jabalpur: 27.2 degrees, 8.6 degrees

There is a feeling of warmth due to the bright sunshine during the day. On Monday morning, fog disappeared from the sky and the sun remained on duty throughout the day.

Due to this, there was no feeling of cold even in the open during the day. The night temperature also increased by more than four degrees Celsius. Even at night, only slight coolness was felt.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light fog on Tuesday. There may be light drizzle on Wednesday. Due to the influence of western disturbance, the wrath of northern winds has stopped. The heat has increased due to the western wind direction.

How will the weather be in the coming days?

According to the Meteorological Department, at present a western disturbance is active in the form of a cyclonic circle over Jammu and Kashmir. The cyclonic circle induced by this is over western Rajasthan. Jet stream winds are blowing at a speed of 260 km per hour over northwestern India.
