- To do this yoga asana, lie down on the ground on your stomach and straighten your legs from the knees.

- Lift the upper part of the body upward and try to lift the body up to the waist with the help of both arms.
- Take a deep breath and exhale. Then move the neck backwards. Remain in this posture as per the capacity of the body.
