No, I am very lazy (laughing). So I can never do this. I can work hard for only one thing, that is acting. I do not like to work hard for anything other than acting.
Which actresses do you like in comedy? Sridevi was unique in comedy. Karisma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon have done amazing work in David Dhawan’s film. I think actresses used to get a lot of opportunities to do comedy in the 90s. I think it has reduced now. Yami (Gautam) has done a good comedy in the film Bala.
Whose comedy is enjoyed by the actors?
Ayushmann’s comic timing is good. Karthik does the best comedy as a common man. Akshay Sir off screen is also very funny, he also looks on the screen. Some actors have innate talent to make people laugh. I think Akshay Sir has that talent. Arjun also does a lot of comedy not only on screen but also off screen.
This year you have completed ten years as an actress, which is the best award in acting career?
I am still part of the profession from which I love very much. I am very lucky that I wake up every morning and do the work I like. What can be a big reward than this.

No, I have no regrets. I have learned from every success, and I have also learned from every failure. Through this journey I have made many good friends. There are many good directors who have given me opportunities.
You are not from the industry, how many negative comments have you struggled for the dream of becoming an actress?
Many, to be honest, these negative words filled me with fire. Actually, I am such a person that when someone tells me that I cannot do this, then I have an indomitable stubbornness and I can go to any extent to prove myself. When I dreamed of becoming an actress, many relatives raised various questions about it. Now those relatives are proud of me. I get a lot of happiness from this.
