In Bihar, the Community Health Officer (CHO) examination conducted by the State Health Committee on Sunday had to be canceled due to the fear of question paper leak. The Bihar government on Monday canceled the Community Health Officer recruitment exam after receiving reports of irregularities. The Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) of the state police has detected large-scale ‘irregularities and malpractices’ during the online examination at three centres. This examination was conducted on Sunday at 12 online centers located in Patna. Police have also arrested 37 people in this case, which include candidates, owners and employees of the examination center and IT managers.
On this matter, opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav said that the online examination of CHO had to be canceled after the question paper was leaked. There is no such examination being conducted in Bihar in which there is not rigging sponsored by the collusive power of BJP and JDU. If the irregularities come to the fore then this government is forced to cancel them, otherwise the money earned from the examination mafia is distributed by declaring the examination clean.
Tejashwi said, is it not true that the perpetrators of the paper leak mafia of all the examinations belong to the home district of the state chief? He issued a statement saying that as long as there is a JDU-BJP government, no examination can be free from malpractice, because members of the examination mafia turn out to be close to the government every time. Earlier, complaints of cheating and other irregularities were received in this examination. After this, the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) is conducting raids at various places and detaining 37 people and interrogating them. This examination was to be held for approximately 4,500 posts. EOU issued an official statement in this matter saying that many things have been recovered as evidence. An FIR has been registered in the Economic Offenses Police Station and a special team has been formed for investigation.
