Why Chandrabhanu got the ticket, understand in 3 points In the Milkipur by-election, BJP faced the challenge of Ajit Prasad, son of MP Awadhesh Prasad, to bring down the face of the Scheduled Caste category. This is the reason why BJP has made Chandrabhanu, who comes from Pasi community, its candidate. Understand in 3 points why Chandrabhanu was trusted…

1. Organization angry with Baba Gorakhnath Chandrabhanu Paswan was at third position among the ticket contenders in BJP. The name of former MLA Baba Gorakhnath was at number one. Both the parties have played this gamble to woo the Pasi community on the seats reserved for Scheduled Castes. After Ajit Prasad contested the elections, the Pasi voter was going to vote for him unilaterally. BJP has given another option in the form of Chandrabhanu.

3. Young face… Chandrabhanu is only 39 years old. Going to contest elections for the first time. His father has contested the Prime Minister’s election for many years. But, Chandrabhanu never contested elections directly. However, the wife is a District Panchayat member. The party wants to create new leadership in the Pasi community. In such a situation, it was considered appropriate to bet on Chandrabhanu.

Baba Gorakhnath said – the decision of the party elders is welcome Baba Gorakhnath, former Milkipur MLA and ticket contender, says that the decision taken by the party elders is welcome. Will work with full hard work and strength in support of the party.

SP will raise the issue of external candidate In the Milkipur by-election, BJP has made Chandrabhanu, a resident of Rudauli Assembly, its candidate. Whereas, SP’s Ajit Prasad is a resident of Milkipur. In such a situation, along with the opposition, the leaders who were deprived of tickets in BJP can also raise the issue of outsiders.

Bet played on a new face to avoid factionalism To avoid factionalism in the by-elections, BJP placed its bet on a new face. There was factionalism among local workers regarding Baba Gorakhnath and Ramu Priyadarshi. There was also feedback of displeasure among the public. In such a situation, the party has gambled on a new face in the form of Chandrabhanu. In the Lok Sabha elections, Chandrabhanu was given the responsibility of election management at 75 Dalit dominated booths. Out of these, BJP had won 65 booths.

Direct contest between BJP and SP There is a direct contest between BJP and SP in Milkipur by-election. BSP has announced not to contest the by-elections. Congress has supported SP. Azad Samaj Party can field a candidate.
