Initially, the ADR is recorded, but when it comes to the case that it was not an accidental or natural death but murder, then the FIR should not be registered. What will CID do after the investigation is completed.
Senior Advocate: On completion of the investigation, the CID will file a final report as per the rules fixed. These can also be a closure report and also the process sheet.
After this, the court reserved the verdict whether FIR should be made on those five policemen based on the report of the magistrate investigation or not.

In the report, five policemen were held responsible for the death of the accused.

When the family of both the girls reached the police station to register a case, the police also defrauded to register an FIR. The victims’ families sought help from social workers. Two days later, the police filed a complaint late on August 16. The accused was arrested by the police on 17 August.
