BPSC Re-Exam: The hearing was to be held on Tuesday in Patna High Court today to cancel the BPSC 70th PT exam, which has been postponed. According to the information received, the hearing has been postponed due to the absence of the honorable judge. Earlier, on January 31, the hearing could not be held due to Justice Arvind Singh Chandel being on leave. The protesting candidates had performed a fierce demonstration for 8 hours on 30 January, in which there was a clash with the policemen.
High court sought affidavit before January 30
Please tell that the hearing was held on 16 January. During this time, the High Court had asked BPSC to give affidavit before January 30. Along with this, BPSC had also refused to ban the 70th PT. Many other petitions including Prashant Kishore’s party Jansuraj have been filed in the Patna High Court regarding the re-exam. Explain that all the petitions have now been added together. Apart from Jansuraj, a petition has also been filed in the High Court on behalf of Purnia MP Pappu Yadav and Khan Sir. In which there has been a demand to conduct re-exams and withdraw the FIR filed against the protesting candidates.

Supreme Court said that High Court should go
Let us know that earlier a petition was filed in the Supreme Court by Anand Legal and Forum Trust of Bihar. But SC refused to hear. The bench of CJI Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar, Justice KV Vishwanathan said during the hearing- ‘You should go to Patna High Court under Article 226’.
