Today is the 9th day of Mahakumbh. Businessman Gautam Adani reached Mahakumbh on Tuesday. He said- I am very excited to be here. Adani met people at ISKCON camp.
Adani has now left for the Hanumanji temple lying at the Sangam. Will worship there. From there we will go to Sangam. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will come to Mahakumbh on 1st February, PM Modi on 5th and President Draupadi Murmu on 10th.
Till 12 noon, 27.41 lakh people took bath. Till now more than 9 crore devotees have taken bath.

Devotees are arriving at Mahakumbh to seek blessings of Khadeshwari Baba. This Baba has neither sat nor lay down even for a moment in the last nine years. Stand on only one leg the whole time. He remains standing with the support of a swing 24 hours a day. He performs his daily activities and worships God while standing on the swing. Baba eats fruits while standing and also completes his sleep while standing. This tapasya is known as Khadeshwari Tapasya, which is a hatha yoga. 20 fire brigade vehicles and 100 soldiers were increased in Mahakumbh.
After the fire in Mahakumbh on Sunday evening, DG Fire Service Avinash Chandra saw the incident on Monday. Additional deployment of 20 fire brigade vehicles and 100 fire personnel will be done for Mahakumbh. He said that remains of heater, blower, immersion rod and electric kettle were found on the spot. Two enforcement teams will be deployed in every sector and these will be investigated. If banned items are found, action will be taken to confiscate them.

29 trains canceled on Amavasya and Basant Panchami
On the occasion of Mauni Amavasya and Basant Panchami, the two major bathing festivals of Maha Kumbh Mela, Railways has made the journey difficult for the passengers coming to Prayagraj. Suddenly 29 long distance trains have been cancelled. No clear reason has been given for the cancellation. It is being discussed that due to heavy crowd on Makar Sankranti, hundreds of passengers who had reservations in various trains could not reach Prayagraj Junction due to no entry at various places in the city. Now on Mauni Amavasya, the crowd is expected to be twice as large as on Makar Sankranti. In such a situation, Railways’ emphasis is on running more and more special trains instead of routine ones. 18 long distance trains have been canceled on Mauni Amavasya and 11 regular trains on Basant Panchami.
