To make this you need

2 cups cabbage (grated or cut into small pieces)
1 small carrot (grated)
Onion (finely chopped)
Green chilli (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 cup gram flour
1 cup rice flour
salt as per taste
garam masala as per taste
black pepper as per taste
Ghee

Prepare cabbage chilla like this (gobhi ka chilla recipe)

First of all, boil finely chopped cabbage, filter it with a cloth and take it out.
Now mix gram flour and rice flour together, and add salt and all the spices to it.
Now add carrots, boiled cabbage, green chillies, coriander leaves and onion and mix everything well.
If you want, you can add 2 spoons of curd to it.
To make the batter, add water lightly and mix it, keeping its consistency neither too thick nor too thin.
Now heat a pan, and apply ghee on it.
Pour the batter over the pan, and spread it gently.
Do not try to make them too thin, otherwise they may break.
Now cover the pan and cook it well on medium flame.
After some time, turn the cheela, and cook it well from the other side also.
When it is cooked, serve it hot with spicy coriander and mint chutney.
