Highlight the topics that you need to practice. Instead of rote, focus on understanding and repeating general questions and basic ideas.

Adopt realistic study pattern

Instead of being surrounded by copy-books all day, divide your day into four sessions. Read different topics in each session. Make a balance between reading new topics and repeating the old concept. Take small brakes to avoid fatigue. For this, you can also adopt pomodoro techniques, that is, study 25–30 minutes, then take a 5 minute break. After the completion of four sessions, take a long break. This method helps to focus in studies and strengthen memory.

This practice is helpful in increasing confidence. Remember, it is normal to be a little nervous, as it shows that you are serious about the result, but do not let the stress dominate you.
