200 ml apple juice

4. Strawberry Lemonade

fresh strawberries (about 3 cups) chopped strawberries for garnish
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 4 lemons)

step 1 : Boil the strawberries with 2 cups water and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2 : Continue to simmer gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until strawberries soften, about 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Pour strawberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a small glass.
Step 5 : Try to extract as much liquid as possible, applying pressure with the back of a spoon, which will force the juice out.

5. Coconut Juice

2 coconuts (take out the pulp with a spoon)
1/2 teaspoon sugar or honey
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon rock salt

step 1 : Cut the upper part of the coconut and collect water.
Step 2 : Cut each coconut in half and take out the soft pulp. Keep it aside in a bowl.
Step 3 : Add coconut kernel and coconut water in a blending jar and blend them together.
Step 4 : Take it out in a jar and add rock sugar, black pepper powder, rock salt. Mix everything well.
Step 5 : Add some ice cubes as required, and serve it. Do not add ice if not necessary.
