All senior leaders including Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge will participate in this campaign starting from January 3.
Congress will start Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution campaign across the country from January 3. The campaign will culminate on January 26 with a rally in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, the birthplace of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar.
Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said that rallies will be held in every block, district and state to save the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi and the Constitution. He said that if needed, the campaign will continue even after January 26. AICC session will be organized in Gujarat in April 2025.
The campaign was to start on December 27 In the Congress session held on 26 December in Belagavi, Karnataka, the decision to start the campaign from 27 December was taken. But on December 26, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh died, after which 7 days of national mourning was declared. Therefore the campaign was taken forward.
On January 26, 75 years of the implementation of the Constitution are being completed.

However, the convention was canceled after the death of former PM Singh. On the first day, it was decided to start the one-year long ‘Save Constitution National March’ from January 26. Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi gave speeches on the first day of the meeting. Sonia Gandhi did not attend the convention, but she addressed the workers through a letter. More than 300 leaders came to the convention for brainstorming.
After the meeting, party leader Jairam Ramesh said, ‘We believe that Bharat Jodo Yatra had given life to Congress. This marked an important turning point in Congress politics. We also took out Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.
Congress leader KC Venugopal said, ‘Congress will raise issues related to people from December 2024 to January 2026 and launch Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution political campaign.
There was a gathering of veterans in the Belagavi session of 1924. Many such personalities came together in that session of the Indian National Congress, who gave impetus to the freedom struggle. These included Mahatma Gandhi, Motilal and Jawaharlal Nehru, Lala Lajpat Rai, Rajagopalchari, Dr. Annie Besant, Sarojini Naidu, Chittaranjan Das, Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, Saifuddin Kitchlew, Abul Kalam Azad, Rajendra Prasad, Vallabhbhai Patel.
