Crowd in hospitals, no space in crematoriums… Has the new virus caused state emergency in China?

New Delhi:

Remember, Covid 19 started in China in the year 2019. This virus had created such an uproar that the whole world had come to a standstill. After Covid-19, many dangerous viruses have now arrived in China. It is being claimed on social media that there is a crowd of people in the hospital and the crematorium is also crowded. In such a situation, this question must be arising in all of our minds that what is this virus? How dangerous is Covid 19?

China is dealing with an outbreak of human metapneumovirus (HMPV), five years after the COVID-19 pandemic. Reports and social media posts suggest the virus is spreading rapidly, with some claiming hospitals and crematoriums are overwhelmed. Videos shared online show crowded hospitals, with some users saying viruses including influenza A, HMPV, mycoplasma pneumonia and COVID-19 are spreading.

Some users on social media are claiming that many types of viruses are circulating, which exist in the form of Influenza A, HMPV, Mycoplasma, Pneumonia and Covid 19.

According to many reports, there is a state emergency in China, however, this has not been confirmed yet. If seen, HMPV is exactly like Covid 19. Its symptoms and methods of transmission are almost the same. According to the report, health officials are keeping a close watch on this.

Many videos and pictures are being circulated on social media as evidence. An X user named SARS-CoV-2 has shared some videos, in which it can be seen how hospitals are crowded. People are running for treatment.

According to news agency Reuters, China’s Disease Control Authority said on Friday that we are investigating the entire matter thoroughly. The department said that initially the symptoms were like pneumonia. However, we are monitoring this in every way. This time the situation will not be like Covid 19.

China’s state media CCTV said in the report that there is nothing to panic about. Infections have increased between 16-22 December. A special team has been formed to investigate this. During winter, such cases often occur in China, due to which people worry.
