curd 2 cups
water 1 cup
Paneer 250 grams
Gram flour 2 spoons

black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli 2 to 3
Red chilli as per taste
salt as per taste

  • Now put ghee in the pan, add ginger garlic paste and stir for some time. Then add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes and cook for some time.

  • After the mixture is cooked, add curd along with cheese to it and cook for some time.

Hung Curd 1 bowl
Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 1/4 cup
Chopped Cucumber 1/2 cup
Chopped carrots 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
Oregano 1 teaspoon
chili flakes as per taste
salt as per your choice

turmeric 1 pinch
cumin 1/2 teaspoon

Curry leaves 8 to 10
oil 1 spoon
salt as per taste

How to prepare yogurt curry

  • To make this, first heat the oil in the pan. Now add asafoetida, cumin, red chilli and curry leaves and stir.
  • Add ginger and garlic to the prepared mixture and stir. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric and black pepper as per taste.
  • Put hung curd in a bowl, blend it and add prepared masala in it and stir. Garnish the spices with coriander leaves.
  • Once the yogurt curry is ready, serve it with roti or rice.

4. Curd Spinach Dip

To make it we need

Curd 1/2 bowl
Spinach 2 bowls
Garlic cloves 3 to 4
Ginger 1 inch
black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Green chilli 3 to 4
salt as per taste

How to prepare Curd Spinach Dip

  • To make this, first wash the spinach, put it in a jar and prepare a smooth paste.
  • After this add green chilli, garlic cloves and ginger and blend.
  • Now add curd to the prepared paste and put it in the jar again and blend it. Now add salt and black pepper as required.
  • Add lemon juice to the prepared dip and serve with nachos, paranthas and sandwiches.
