1. Dahi Paneer Pasanda
To make it we need
curd 2 cups
water 1 cup
Paneer 250 grams
Gram flour 2 spoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
dry fenugreek 1 teaspoon
black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli 2 to 3
Red chilli as per taste
salt as per taste
Steps of Dahi Paneer Pasanda
- To make this, add gram flour to curd and mix it. Now add salt, black pepper and red chilli, add cheese and keep it covered.
- Now put ghee in the pan, add ginger garlic paste and stir for some time. Then add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes and cook for some time.
- Blend the prepared mixture and make a paste of it and put it in a separate pan. Now add salt, chilli and garam masala as per taste.
- After the mixture is cooked, add curd along with cheese to it and cook for some time.

Curry leaves 8 to 10
oil 1 spoon
salt as per taste
How to prepare yogurt curry
- To make this, first heat the oil in the pan. Now add asafoetida, cumin, red chilli and curry leaves and stir.
- Add ginger and garlic to the prepared mixture and stir. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric and black pepper as per taste.
- Put hung curd in a bowl, blend it and add prepared masala in it and stir. Garnish the spices with coriander leaves.
- Once the yogurt curry is ready, serve it with roti or rice.
4. Curd Spinach Dip

Curd 1/2 bowl
Spinach 2 bowls
Garlic cloves 3 to 4
Ginger 1 inch
black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Green chilli 3 to 4
