New World, Sagar (Sagar News). In Baheria police station area, the mother caught the daughter red handed while she was locked in a room with her lover, after which she lodged a case of rape against the lover with the police.
According to the information, a B.Sc. first semester student studying in a private college in Makronia told the police that she lives with her mother at her aunt’s house. The girl told that she was talking to Shekhar alias Chandrashekhar on phone about five months ago.
Both were meeting since September
- After friendship, Shekhar promised to marry the girl, after which both of them fell in love and started meeting each other. Meanwhile, in the months of September and October, the accused lover took her to a room in Madhuvan Nagar. Where physical relations took place between the two.
- On November 11, around 10 am, Shekhar called the student on her mobile and invited her to meet him on the road. The student forgot her mobile at home. Sitting on Shekhar’s motorcycle, she went to the same room in Madhuvan Nagar.
- Meanwhile, a call came from the college on the mobile left at home, which his mother picked up. After this, the mother came to know on the phone that the student had not gone to college. While searching for the student, her mother reached the same room in Madhuvan Nagar.
- The mother caught the student red handed along with her lover. After this, Shekhar started threatening the student’s mother if she complained to the police, after which she lodged a complaint with the mother at the police station.
Bina Crime: Five years rigorous imprisonment to the accused in the case of purse robbery from a passenger
In another case related to crime, in the case of robbery of a passenger in a train seven and a half years ago, the court has punished the accused with five years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1,000.
ADPO Shyamsundar Gupta told that on June 25, 2017, Abhimanyu Singh was traveling from Belgaum to Jhansi in train number 22685 Yesvantpur Sampark Kranti along with his mother Savitri, sister-in-law Anjali, niece Anita and nephew Anand. On June 26, around 4.45 pm, when the train was passing through Bina station, a thief pulled the purse kept under the head of her mother Savitri and ran away.
When the thief was chased and caught, he freed his purse, pushed both of them away and jumped from the moving train and ran away. The purse contained documents, gold and silver jewellery, mobile phone and some other important papers. The total value of the stolen goods would have been around Rs 50 thousand.
Abhimanyu tried to stop the train by pulling its chain, but the train did not stop. Then he got off the train at Jhansi and came back to Bina by Mangala Express. Complained in the GRP police station here.
After the complaint, the police arrested the accused Sandeep alias Veeru, son of Rammanohar Raghuvanshi, aged 32 years, resident of Nakaila police station, Barodha district, Satna. The stolen salmon was recovered from him and presented to the court.
