Immediately after this, Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP) and Station House Officer reached the spot where he recovered the bodies of 42-year-old Pooja, her 18-year-old daughter and younger daughter, who was about 8-9 years old. A police officer said that white foam was coming out of the mouth of the three, which seems that they have eaten some poisonous substances.

4-5 days old bodies were

Initial investigations have revealed that the bodies were about four to five days old and the financial crisis behind the alleged suicide could be a possible reason. At the same time, local people said that the family had not paid rent for the last two months, due to which they would have allegedly decided to commit suicide. The bodies have been sent for postmortem.

The woman lived alone with daughters

The police officer said that preliminary investigation shows that Pooja lived alone with her daughters and her husband had not been seen for the last few years. He said, “We came to know that her husband works as a driver in Gurugram, Haryana. But someone also told us that he died a few months ago. We are confirming all the facts.” He said that the investigation also shows that his daughters were not going to school for the last few months. He further said that police teams are also investigating CCTV footage to find out where the woman was last seen and from where she bought poisonous substances.

Police is investigating

He said, “The bodies are completely rotten in a rotten state. Crime teams will visit the spot again to collect more evidence. So far no attack marks have been seen on the body. The post-mortem report will reveal the cause of death. The official said that further investigation in the case is going on and the police is investigating all aspects including financial constraints.
