Arvind Kejriwal, along with CM Atishi, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and MP Sanjay Singh, Awadh Ojha had reached the Election Commission on Monday.
Delhi CM Atishi could not file her nomination from Kalkaji seat on Monday. Atishi had left for the office of the District Election Officer while carrying out a road show with former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia.
Due to delay in the road show, she reached the Election Commission in the vote transfer case of Awadh Ojha without filing her nomination. Atishi will now file her nomination on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, after meeting the Chief Election Commissioner, AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal said that the Commission has given orders to shift Ojha’s vote to Delhi.
In this matter, Avadh Ojha said that my admit card will be ready tomorrow and I will file the nomination the day after tomorrow. Ojha is currently a voter of Greater Noida. To contest elections he will have to become a voter of Delhi.
For this, many AAP leaders including Arvind Kejriwal had reached the Election Commission. He claimed that to prevent Ojha, the AAP candidate from Patparganj, from contesting the elections, his name has not yet been added to the voter list.

Former Congress MLA said – AAP is a vote cutting party
Former Congress MLA Asif Mohammad Khan said- Rahul Gandhi is the first top leader of any party to hold a rally in Delhi elections. Till now no such rally has been organized by BJP or AAP. From this the seriousness of Congress can be gauged. We are at a stage where either we will form the government or the government will not be formed without our support. Our fight is with BJP. Sisodia said- I got a fund of ₹ 40 lakh for the elections
At the nomination rally of Delhi CM Atishi, former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said – I am very happy, because she is like my younger sister. Last time also I was in his nomination. I wish him all the best for the next 5 years to be filled with success.
We have asked people for funds to contest the elections. I am happy to tell you that I have received Rs 40 lakh to contest elections from Jangpura seat. This amount has been donated by about 350 people from across the country and Delhi. People should also fund Atishi.

Congress leader Alka Lamba said- I will not take crowd in my nomination

Kejriwal said- Efforts are being made to stop Awadh Ojha from contesting elections.
