Delhi school admission 2025: The Delhi Education Directorate (DOE) is organizing the first draw for students of the economically weaker section (EWS) and underprivileged (DG) categories for 2025-26 academic session on Wednesday 5 March 2025. Transparency will be maintained
Education Minister Ashish Sood announced that the process would be completely transparent, in which parents and media representatives will all be present. According to State Education Minister Ashish Sood, about 2.5 lakh applications have been received for 38,000 available students slots. The income eligibility limit for admission under EWS category has been increased to ₹ 5 lakh. EWS class students had to face difficulties in getting admission earlier, so now selected students will get a slip after document verification and no school will be allowed to deny admission.
