Ayodhya:
Many devotees coming to Prayagraj during Mahakumbh 2025 will reach Ayodhya. On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, all arrangements have been made for the devotees coming to Ayodhya. Keeping in mind the accommodation arrangements for 10 thousand people as well as their basic facilities, the Municipal Corporation has made arrangements for drinking water, toilets and lighting at various places. More than two thousand sanitation workers have been deployed for 24-hour cleaning. These arrangements will remain in place from 12 January to 28 February.
During Mahakumbh, many devotees coming from India and abroad will also reach Ayodhya to have darshan of Ramlala. In view of this, CM Yogi, who reached Ayodhya recently, had given instructions to the district administration to make comprehensive arrangements. He had said that no devotee should face any problem even in the provincial fair held here. The Municipal Corporation prepared a plan regarding this. There will be arrangements for 24-hour cleanliness, drinking water, lighting and bonfire at night in the shelters. An appeal is also being made to the Mahants and managers of the major monasteries and temples of Ayodhya to provide shelter for the devotees to stay.

Emphasis on cleanliness, adequate arrangement for lighting also
2277 personnel and 66 supervisors have been deployed for 24-hour cleaning in Ayodhya Dham area. Apart from this, 5 mechanical road sweeping machines, 4 liter pickers, pressure washer and scrubber pressure washer will also be available for better cleaning of ghats. Besides, there will be provision of 86 vehicles for waste management and better cleanliness.
Along with this, adequate lighting arrangements are being ensured in Ayodhya. For this, a total of 28835 street lights have been installed at various places. Apart from this, special lighting arrangements have been made at Tulsi Ghat, Saryu Snan Ghat and various underpasses etc. Besides, arrangements for 25 thousand bags have been made to keep shoes and slippers near Raj Sadan, Saryu Aarti Sthal and Birla Dharamshala.
Mural art, flowers and attractive lighting will be done at many places in Ayodhya Dham. Apart from all the entrances and main intersections of Ayodhya, Saryu Ghat and other ghats, decorations will also be done at other places.
Devotees will not face any problem: Municipal Commissioner
Municipal Commissioner Santosh Sharma said that extensive arrangements have been made for the devotees. There will be no problem for any devotee. Ayodhya Municipal Corporation will give a Mahakumbh like experience to every devotee coming here.
Mayor Girishpati Tripathi said that the Yogi government is committed to providing every facility to the devotees. The Municipal Corporation has made all the arrangements for the devotees. There are arrangements for gas heaters and toilets at various places. There are more than 1100 tabs installed in the city for drinking water.
