DMK MPs and the government targeted at the center over three language formulas between MPs and government

On Monday, there was a sharp noise between the DMK MPs and the government in the Lok Sabha. DMK MPs alleged that the government is trying to impose Hindi through three language formulas. While objecting to a statement of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, DMK MP Kanimozhi has also given notice of breach of privilege against him.

Election in Tamil Nadu next year

Tamil Nadu has elections next year and these days the ruling party of the state is attacking the Central Government on the pretext of DMK delimitation and three language formulas. On Monday, this attack and protest reached Parliament. All the DMK MPs raised the matter in the Lok Sabha. Especially with the three language formula, the party created a lot of uproar. The party said that the government is trying to impose Hindi in the state on the pretext of this formula. On this issue, there was a fierce taste between DMK MPs and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

DMK MP T Sumit asked questions during the Question Hour

During the Question Hour, DMK MP T Sumati, while asking a supplementary question, accused the government that since the DMK government of Tamil Nadu has not implemented the new education policy in the state, the central government has given the amount of Rs 2000 crore to other states to other states under PM Shri Vidyalaya Scheme.

Dharmendra Pradhan gave this answer on this

Responding to this, Dharmendra Pradhan said that the DMK government is doing injustice to the students and wants to create discrimination in the society in the name of language. Pradhan made a big allegation and said that the state government had earlier agreed to implement the PM Shri Yojana in the state but later retracted. Pradhan said that many non -BJP states like Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh are implementing new education policy and PM Shri Yojana, then what is the problem for Tamil Nadu. Pradhan also said that the central government is giving grants to the Tamil Nadu government in its other schemes like PM Kaushal Yojana, so why will the PM not give it to Shri? The Education Minister said that there is still 20 days left for the end of this financial year and the government is ready to talk to the Tamil Nadu government again.

Uproar over Dharmendra Pradhan’s reply

After the reply of Dharmendra Pradhan, the DMK MPs started creating a ruckus, after which the proceedings of the House had to be postponed for a while. Later, DMK MP Kanimozhi, alleging wrong information, gave notice of breach of privilege against Pradhan.
