1. Side plank

To do this, lie down on your side on the bed. Now straighten the arms and lift the body up with its support. Keep both the legs resting on the bed by placing them one above the other. This increases the mobility and flexibility of the body. Also the risk of getting injured starts reducing.

2. Bicycle crunch workout

For this exercise to strengthen the core muscles, lie down on the mat. Now bend the legs from the knees. After that, bend both the arms at the elbow and bring the hands below the head. 3. Russian twist workout
